and make room for the people you love to build it with you.
Rooms reimagined. Homes renovated. Celebrations brought to life.
Years collaborating with designers and contractors taught Denise
one rule above all: listen first.
Corey and Ryan grew up in the middle of it—rarely missing a project,
a renovation or the chance to weigh in.
When Denise decided to turn her passion into a business, she left
the door open for two talented creatives to join—and bring their
own perspectives.
Designs by 3C became more than a name. It became an invitation.
She listens for the story.
Denise believes the best rooms reveal something about the people who live in them. Her journalism background taught her to ask the right questions, listen closely and find the story beneath the surface. Years of reimagining homes shaped that instinct into a design philosophy: understand first. Design second.
He makes people feel at home.
Corey has a gift for making people comfortable—and understanding what they need. His entrepreneurial spirit and years helping people find a place to call home bring empathy and practicality to the creative process. A love of cities, travel and neighborhood life keeps him curious about the many ways people create a home.
He loves a blank canvas.
Where others see an empty room, Ryan sees possibility. An artist with a background in art and design, he brings an intuitive eye for color, composition and balance. Give him a blank canvas—literal or otherwise—and his first thought isn’t where to begin, but what it could become.
